We’re on the hunt for friendly and energetic Event Customer Service Assistants to join our crew and help make every graduation day a standout experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming Guests: Greet graduates and their families with a warm smile and assist them as they arrive.
  • Handling Inquiries: Answer questions, provide face-to-face information in a helpful and professional manner.
  • Event Check-In: Manage smooth registration and check-in processes to keep everything ticking along nicely.
  • Problem-Solving: Work with our team and vendors to tackle any issues or special requests that come up.
  • On-Site Support: Assist with setting up, running, and packing down events, ensuring everything is perfect.
  • Collecting Feedback: Gather feedback from attendees to help us keep improving our services.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service, ideally within events or hospitality
  • Fantastic communication and people skills.
  • Ability to stay upbeat and efficient during busy periods.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with event management software is a bonus.
